The role of the Associate Project Manager, R&D is to support Indigo’s Project Management capabilities. Responsibilities include maintaining, tracking, reporting on project status, and working cross functionally to develop project plans and schedules. We are looking for a high energy candidate with a passion for project management. The Associate Project Manager will work cross functionally with Commercial, Product Management, R&D, and IP teams to achieve the best outcomes for Indigo and our partners.

Key Outcomes:

  • Take ownership of up to 5 projects and/or functional workstreams
  • Provide project management support for Indigo’s R&D program management function
  • Establish rapport with key stakeholders to enable effective project management leadership
  • Become a Subject Matter expert in the tools and processes deployed by the project management team
  • Understands and embodies our purpose and core values.

  • Action plan oriented, self starter with a passion for project management
  • High energy and commitment to a fast, paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent listening and communication skills to all levels and backgrounds at appropriate detail
  • A great planner with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to execute under ambiguous or highly-structured scenarios, and change in direction
  • An ability to lead and energize a group towards an aggressive goal while maintaining good relationships
  • Passion for Indigo and our core values
  • An advocate for scientific interests with Company goals and priorities in mind
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with changing priorities
  • Technical project management training, a plus

 

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS with 0-2 years experience in project management
  • Technical experience in biology, microbiology, biochemistry, plant sciences is a plus

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
