Description
Iterative Scopes is looking to hire an AI Patient Recruitment Project Manager.
The project manager is accountable for owning overall client project success from start to finish for the AI Patient Recruitment initiative service line offered by Iterative Scopes. The project manager reports to the Associate Director of Clinical Partnerships within the Clinical Operations division.
This position is primarily operational in nature and serves to manage relationships with the site and partner stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the projects. The project manager will keep their finger on the pulse of the overall project and be able to develop, coach, and motivate a project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the internal team to review, analyze, understand, and define the high-level project requirements: Objectives, Scope, Schedule, Milestones
- Represent Iterative Scopes and conduct business at all times with a high degree of professionalism, competency, and ethics
- Accurately forecast, plan, report, and manage projects to ensure timely project revenue/forecasting/cost accounting
- Proactively manage and resolve issues to minimize crises and escalations. Engage the appropriate internal team members when needed to help resolve issues with the site or external stakeholders
- The role requires a solid knowledge and understanding of project management principles and concepts and the demonstrated ability to independently interpret and present project information to varied audiences
- Educate the sites and external stakeholders regarding the various steps in the project and ascertain what their expectations are of the internal team. Communicate those expectations back to the internal team
- The project manager will be accountable to anticipate and troubleshoot program roadblocks and influence highly matrixed project teams to achieve project targets
- The project manager will support our AI Patient Recruitment initiative by facilitating the status review of the projects, budget, and schedules as well as developing processes and tools for monitoring project progress and for delivering real-time program dashboards
- Contribute to the development and execution of project strategies within and across multi-line teams and work with subject matter experts within the organization in evaluating different strategies to help direct the team to a successful outcome or deliverable
- Support development and delivery of the communication plan to ensure effective and timely communication
- Promote a continuous improvement culture to streamline appropriate processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
Requirements & Qualifications

- In depth knowledge of the components of the project management platform and the various components to success within the platform
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of pertinent experience
- Ability to work with ambiguity and independently
- Experience and efficiency with Microsoft suite of products and Salesforce
- PMP certification preferred but not required
