Key Responsibilities

· Own end-to-end delivery of campaign execution and audience selection initiatives

· Manage offshore India teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery

· Partner with client stakeholders across business, analytics, operations, and technology teams

· Drive execution governance, issue resolution, prioritization, and delivery tracking

· Support end-to-end campaign lifecycle including planning, forecasting, execution, analytics, and reporting

· Work with bureau attributes, segmentation strategies, and PS/DM campaign execution

· Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, automation, and scalable process improvements

· Support modernization initiatives across campaign execution and reporting ecosystems

Qualifications

· 6–10+ years of experience in campaign execution, marketing operations, analytics delivery, or related roles

· Prior experience leading teams and managing offshore delivery models

· Experience within banking domains such as Credit Cards, UIL, or HE products

· Strong stakeholder management, communication, and delivery ownership skills

· Experience working with bureau data/attributes and audience targeting frameworks
