Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of projects across CSI, including internal, departmental, and customer‑facing initiatives. This role ensures projects are delivered successfully—from initiation through closure—while managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations. This individual will manage multiple, complex, cross‑functional projects and work closely with internal teams, customers, and senior leadership to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Project Initiation
Drive effective hand over from project sponsors
Lead and facilitate project kickoff meetings
Project Planning
Develop and refine project plans based on scope, complexity, and impact
Assign team members to appropriate project roles
Review project plans and key milestones with customers
Identify and align on critical success factors
Project Execution
Establish and manage overall project setup
Maintain regular communication with project teams to ensure progress
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Monitoring & Controlling
Track project progress against plan, scope, and timeline
Review time reporting to ensure alignment with planned effort
Lead regular internal and client status meetings
Provide consistent written status updates
Escalate risks and issues that may impact project success
Project Close
Lead post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned
Collect customer feedback and measure satisfaction
Continuous Improvement & Leadership
Contribute to improving project management processes, tools, and methodologies
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, cost savings, and profitability
Mentor and support other Project Managers as needed
Serve as a backup to department leadership when required
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing multiple, complex projects
Proven ability to manage cross‑functional initiatives and stakeholders
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification
Experience in financial services, fintech, or technology environments
Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies

Strong stakeholder relationships and communication
Proactive risk management and issue resolution
Continuous improvement of project processes
Work Environment
Interaction with internal teams, external customers, and senior leadership
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Travel required approximately 20% of the time (about 4–5 weeks per year)
