The Project Manager is responsible for managing client orders from inception to completion, ensuring timely fulfillment, maintaining strong client relationships, and optimizing internal processes to drive operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Manage multiple high-volume Promotional and Print projects (up to $2MM annually) while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and alignment with gross profit goals.
- Oversee full order lifecycle—from sourcing and quoting to delivery—while maintaining accurate records in ERP systems.
- Gather order specifications, obtain competitive quotes from preferred vendors, and manage vendor relationships while tracking production schedules to ensure cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate across internal teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely, cost-effective fulfillment.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Manage logistics, inventory, and eCommerce platforms, including client stores and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with internal systems, processes, supplier invoicing, and work-in-progress (WIP) management, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
- Support the team, business goals, and broader organizational initiatives by performing additional related duties as needed.
HIGH LEVEL COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in project management or client-facing roles, with 3+ years specifically in print and promotional products.
- Proven track record managing client revenue up to $2MM annually, with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and ERP systems.
- Deep knowledge of product categories including print, direct mail, branded merchandise, and vendor management.
- Skilled in full order lifecycle management, inventory tracking, and sourcing.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with internal teams as needed.
COMPENSATION
- Expected to work 40 hours or more per week, based on business needs.
- Eligible for performance-based incentives.
- Not eligible for overtime.
