Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Non‑Turnkey or Product/Equipment‑Only projects, ensuring effective supervision and coordination of project resources for small- to medium-scale initiatives. These may involve equipment-only deliveries, product suites, or non‑turnkey project scopes.

  • Expand and apply technical expertise within your discipline to support the execution of policies and strategies. May include contributing in specialized technical areas while continuing to develop advanced skills.

  • Possess a foundational understanding of key business drivers and use this knowledge to complete assigned tasks. Demonstrate awareness of how your work and your team’s output align with and support broader organizational goals.

  • Exercise a moderate level of decision-making autonomy within established frameworks. Address issues requiring solid technical insight and sound judgment, while consulting senior team members for situations beyond defined guidelines.

  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills and potentially lead junior staff. In customer-facing responsibilities, build and maintain productive customer relationships, acting as the primary liaison between the customer and GEHC. Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Civil Engineer with over 4+ years of project management experience in healthcare projects and/or interior fit‑out works.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong ability to plan, document, promote, and execute programs effectively.
