Lead projects from inception to completion: create and maintain project plans, coordinate resources and vendors, manage stakeholders, monitor progress, escalate issues, and run post-mortems with recommendations.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team in a dynamic project management capacity. This position offers the opportunity to lead various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven working experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in financial services or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
