Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote within the US
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing implementations across our physical access and mobile credential product offerings. This individual will oversee project execution, drive quality outcomes, and maintain exceptional client relationships throughout each engagement.

What You’ll Do
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycles.
- Build strong relationships with technical and project leaders at client institutions.
- Ensure high levels of responsiveness, communication, and customer satisfaction.
Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Develop project schedules, documentation, and work assignments for consulting team members.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide hands-on support for complex technical or customer needs.
- Manage project changes, risks, dependencies, and interventions to keep initiatives on track.
Requirements & Technical Leadership
- Gather and evaluate requirements through interviews, workshops, documentation analysis, site visits, and workflow reviews.
- Translate user requests into clear scope definitions and actionable requirements.
- Provide functional and technical guidance to consulting staff; act as project lead on advanced or specialized initiatives.
Communication & Reporting
- Prepare and deliver project status reports for clients, internal teams, and leadership.
- Ensure accurate collection, dissemination, and storage of project information across stakeholders.
Resource & Financial Management
- Plan and manage project team resources to leverage strengths and support development needs.
- Oversee project administration including forecasting, financial tracking, time/expense reconciliation, and adherence to standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing complex system implementations or integrations.
- Background in fast-paced consulting or similar client-facing environments.
- Strong ability to manage scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with technical and functional teams on both client and internal sides.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Experience delivering technical projects in Higher Education.
- Knowledge of physical security, access control, mobile credentials, or campus software (e.g., carding, meal plans).
- Experience working directly within or supporting Higher Ed organizations.
Travel Requirements
- Approximately 10% travel.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
