About the Role:
The Project Manager reports directly to the Manager, PMO, works with global clients and teams to keep technical projects on track, updated and well understood by all team members. The position provides the opportunity to work on various projects and with multiple subject matter experts in various levels of management. The Project Manager must have strong organizational and documentation background and be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with others.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects at the same time
- Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned projects from initiation to closure
- Establish a plan for assigned projects, including management of tasks, deliverables, risks, resources, and issues
- Conduct project stakeholder meetings to solicit feedback, and set expectations
- Ensure project budgets and financials are forecasted and managed in a timely manner
- Escalate project issues or concerns to key internal and customer stakeholders
- Produce regular reports on the progress of projects and metrics
- Provide customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer escalations
- Adhere to Cyderes’s established project management methodologies
Requirements:
- 3 years’ work experience in Project Management for a technology company
- CAPM or PMP certification considered an asset
- Remarkable customer service skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to write and edit clear and concise reports, meeting minutes, and documentation
- Superior organizational and data entry skills and the ability to manage numerous complex projects in parallel
- An interest in, and comfort with, technical concepts related to network and information security
