You’ll own the execution of critical initiatives spanning player experience, compliance, omnichannel solutions, and responsible gaming—all with the agility of a tech startup and the mission of a public-benefit organization.
What You’ll Do
Project Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation and requirements capturing through deployment and post-launch evaluation.
Define project scope, timelines, resources, and success metrics in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
Collaborator & Customer Management
Act as a point of contact for internal collaborators and external lottery customers.
Facilitate workshops, sprint planning sessions, and status meetings to drive alignment and clarity.
Risk & Issue Management
Proactively identify project risks and issues, ensuring mitigation strategies and contingency plans are in place.
Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, and performance standards, especially in regulated gaming environments.
Cross-Functional Teamwork
Collaborate with UX/UI, QA, Legal, and Compliance teams to guarantee synchronized delivery and compliance with gaming regulations.
Encourage collaboration between various teams to ensure successful handoffs and turning points.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field—or equivalent experience.
3–6 years of project management experience, preferably in digital product delivery, gaming, lottery, or SaaS.
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Experience running multi-stakeholder environments, including external clients.
Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with digital product platforms, compliance, or public sector environments is a plus.
PMP or Agile certification is a plus but not required.
