Our Business Integration team validates customers and supports interactions of all new Spectrum products to ensure a positive customer experience. Through user acceptance and operational readiness testing, this team plays a vital role in delivering the exceptional services and experiences Spectrum is known for.
BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Project Manager on the Business Integration team, you'll manage, plan, monitor, and report on key projects from conception through implementation. You will use your project management experience to help deliver initiatives to improve the customer and agent experience to reduce contact rate. You will be hands on with creating detailed end-to-end project plans and will work closely with cross-functional partners to track progress.
WHAT OUR PROJECT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
  • Managing day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects
  • Gaining consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation
  • Creating and managing detailed end-to-end project plans, outlining risks and dependencies
  • Using established project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards
  • Meeting with internal customers of an assigned project to gather feedback, and provide status updates and reports
  • Tracking costs and performance, service levels, and other metrics required to meet goals and objectives
    Creating weekly status update presentations for leadership

You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. On a given day you'll manage project details, data collection, reporting, and communication to successfully drive project efforts. You'll thrive in this role if you can manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously, and develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Project Management: 2 or more years
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience
  • Abilities: Communicate in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner; effective critical thinking skills; analyze and interpret data; knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Microsoft Project
  • Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly

Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
