The position of Project Manager will be part of a dedicated implementation team, responsible for multiple implementation projects for 360 Encompass product line. The project manager will help lead a dynamic and cohesive team, serving as one of the primary contacts with our clients, handling varied responsibilities such as creation of project specific plans, and monitoring and tracking progress, leading to a successful and high-quality installation and a satisfied customer.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors (as needed) for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor, track and report progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Communicate internal and external messages, enacting one central point of contact
- Client consulting by coordinating Technical, Operational, and training assistance to optimize system utilization and efficiency
- Client/Executive relationship through liaisons with Sales and client’s management team.
- Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with 3M’s values and ethical standards.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher AND four (4) years of experience in project management in a public, private, or military environment.
OR
- High School Diploma/GED or higher AND eight (8) years of experience in project management in a public, private, or military environment.
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- 2 years of experience in Health Information Project Systems Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Excellent client facing and internal communication skills using written and spoken English
- Attention to detail and outstanding follow through
- Experience using collaboration tools to manage and communicate with remote teams
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical problem solving and organizational skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
