The Project Manager leads and delivers medium-to-large projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications while ensuring compliance with project standards.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver medium-to-large scale projects across cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for driving project execution, managing timelines and deliverables, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate has a solid background in project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and on budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor and report on project progress using KPIs, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve issues and roadblocks to keep projects moving forward and teams doing their best work.
- Facilitate change management process – Announce, Quantify, Review, Inform, Pursue, Record.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, design, engineering, human resources, operations, research, and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with internal project management standards and governance processes.
- Support project intake and prioritization in partnership with senior project and program leaders.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of project management experience, in a consulting capacity for a mid-sized or enterprise environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with moderate complexity.
- Familiarity with all project management methodologies.
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Coda, Office 365, Google Suite, Keynote, Mavenlink, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of user experience, research and user-centered design preferred.
