We are looking for a Project Manager to join our PMO team within the Custom Engineering (CE) organization at Cytiva's site in Uppsala.
As a Project Manager at CE, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating various global customer projects across our organization. You will work closely with cross functional teams, stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within defined timelines and budgets.
 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the execution of customer projects.
  • Secure resource need within project.
  • Establish project plans based on order assumptions to carry out the project together with project teams.
  • Close contact with customer to review and report out progress in projects.
  • Follow up project financials, forecasting and report deviations to plan.
  • Ensure shipment according to customer agreement and expectations.
  •  Develop commercial and technical proposals to maximize profitability and value add for our global customers.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business Administration, or comparable level of competence/experience.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with external customer contacts.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
     

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience as a Project Manager from the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Experience or strong interest with developing commercial and technical proposals to maximize profitability and value add for our global customers.
    • Provide technical and product expertise of Bioprocess downstream hardware and automation solutions during pre-sales and quote phase.
    • Receive, analyze, and prioritize quote requests to ensure appropriate, and timely quote responses which satisfy customer expectations and meet user requirement specifications (URS).
    • Interpret customer specifications, drawings, and process application, and document any deviation from the URS.
    • Interface with sales, design teams, project management and other key personnel to gather information and evaluate technical feasibility.
