Company Description
Wealth Access, a leading technology provider in wealth data, offering unified insights to help banks unlock growth, boost deposits, and enhance digital banking services, announced an enhanced solution that will propel banks and credit unions to reach rare revenue opportunities through Wealth Management.
The Project Manager will work within an agile team to help review requirements, work, and interface with development and products teams to help facilitate the full lifecycle of product development. They will also work alongside senior leaders to help document processes, assist with reporting, and support processes in place to maintain an Agile environment. They will work with an implementation manager and business analysts and be responsible for running standups, keeping the full enterprise plan, planning and tracking project updates.
*This role is on-site in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to define an in-depth project plan that establishes and hits key milestones.
Manage project expectations through regular meetings, project status reports, and maintaining relationships.
Identify organizational needs to apply additional Wealth Access technologies when applicable.
Assist in end-to-end change management cycles for projects, from tracking front-end engineering progress to client adoption on the backend.
Proactively identify and work cross-functionally to achieve additional growth opportunities on assigned accounts.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills.

Ability to specify technical changes with business context to engineering teams.
Knowledge of standard project management software such as Jira.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to navigate complex social situations.

Skilled at facilitating cross-functional meetings.
Ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
Education and/or Experience:
5-7+ years of project management experience
Experience overseeing 8-10 projects at a time.
Agile in JIRA
Scrum experience- running daily stand-ups.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to implement Agile processes, reporting, and documentation processes within an environment.
True self-starter and self-motivated mentality.
Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and able to operate in a high-paced environment with little to no guidance.
