Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and timeline

• Help coordinate project activities, meetings, and communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.

• Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and timelines. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Help facilitate communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure expectations are managed and met.

• Ensure project metrics are met and team members adhere to industry project methodology best practices driving business value and accountability.

• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the project team.

• Track and communicate sprint metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to keep the team and stakeholders informed of progress.

• Identify, track, and help remove impediments or blockers to keep the team productive and on schedule.

• Coach and support the team in adopting and continuously improving Agile/Scrum best practices.

Experience:

• Prior experience (4+ years) in project management or a related field. Completion of an internship in project management is a plus.

• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).

• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies; Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Hourly pay $50-60/hour
