Summary

As Project Manager, you’ll own the planning and execution of onboarding projects for growing our provider network.  You’ll lead the full lifecycle of onboarding through contracting, configurations, testing, and go-live and ensure open communication and close coordination between all stakeholders, including the project team, engineering and customers. 

 

You’ll manage scope, requirements, schedules, communication plans, risk & mitigation plan to achieve onboarding objectives within agreed-upon milestones. You’ll coordinate with the stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from sales hand-offs through go-live and subsequent operations and maintenance. You’ll manage the implementation using best practices and ensure all aspects of the project scope are incorporated into planning and execution. You’ll manage the customer relationship throughout the entire onboarding process and provide accurate progress status and reporting across multiple internal and external stakeholders. 

 

You'll actively contribute to the ongoing development of our onboarding processes, using lessons learned to implement new strategies that ensure projects are completed on time while delivering a premier onboarding experience to our provider network participants. We're looking for adaptable team members who thrive on change in a dynamic environment and collaborate well across internal and external teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and processes to help define the solution offering for the customer that can be implemented and deployed
  • Responsible for working in collaboration with the customer and product engineering to define clear project scope, requirements, and objectives
  • Develop and maintain project plans, action items, status reports and timelines
  • Proactively manage issues and risks early on and presenting solutions and/or options to stakeholders and the executive team
  • Lead project meetings with cross-functional teams including C-suite level to communicate status, discuss risks, and understand the impact of any changes to requirements
  • Establish regular reports and metrics to monitor progress to goals and identify gaps
  • Ensures quality end-to-end customer experience
  • Remains agile and focused on optimizing business processes and operations to continuously improve on performance delivery
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (preferred.)
  •  3+ years of experience in health system operations or enterprise project management experience.
  • Proven successful enterprise or large health system portfolio management skills.
  • Experience leading executive level product,  program demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare software and data analytics tools.
  • Technical integration experience within the healthcare industry is preferred.
Salary Range: $95,000-$130,000 USD Annually
