About the role
As the Project Manager, you will be the central point of the post sale Anza Advisory Services team - owning the order-to-cash (O2C) operational lifecycle for Anza’s clients. This role blends fulfillment management, production and delivery coordination with suppliers, warehouse inventory management, logistics coordination, accounting reconciliations, and monthly reporting. This position also requires a highly analytical individual who is able to identify process breakdown and promote changes within the division.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Serve as the client’s primary point of contact across the order-to-cash lifecycle, driving proactive communication, issue resolution, and overall fulfillment satisfaction
- Manage project expectations with our internal cross-functional teams, solar and storage suppliers, freight forwarder, and warehouses to ensure project delivery completion to the highest degree of quality
- Own the delivery schedule buildout, including the client’s cash flow forecasting for invoices due to prevent delivery delays, site readiness to receive, and best-practice guidance
- Manage and grow a nationwide network of warehouse and logistics partners, ensuring Anza has the geographic coverage, capacity, and service reliability to meet clients' fulfillment and delivery needs.
- Lead warehouse renewal negotiations and capacity decisions, tying committed space directly to a rolling 12-month revenue forecast so the network scales efficiently with demand without over- or under-provisioning.
- Maintain accurate order, inventory, and project documentation across systems (e.g., NetSuite) and support invoicing accuracy and month-end financial close through reconciliations
- Identify, develop, and implement reports, dashboards and metrics needed to drive operational effectiveness throughout Anza’s operations
While no one individual will possess them all, the successful candidate will bring many of the following experiences, skills, and attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree required
- 4+ years in data-related field, supply chain, accounting or transportation is a plus
- Strong program management skills with experience leading end-to-end execution of projects/programs that have transformed company operations and delivered quantifiable business impact
- First-principles thinker (e.g., ability to question how we are working rather than simply executing)
- ERP experience such as Netsuite, SAP, Salesforce
- Six Sigma, CSCP or CPSM Certification a plus
