About the Role
The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, delivery, and reporting of our SaaS software implementations and enablement projects, focusing strongly on integrations, APIs, and EDI dependencies. This role requires an understanding of project management methodologies, SaaS products, and client-facing interactions. The ideal candidate will display a high sense of urgency and proactivity to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards of transparency internally and externally.
What you’ll do when you get here
- Works with customers and Pre-Sales on Statement of Work development, scoping, and execution.
- Develop, construct, and manage project plans, and bring projects to a successful conclusion
within budget and schedule constraints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, sales, and customer support.
- Defines project tasks and resource requirements.
- Works with Implementation management to assemble and coordinate project staff.
- Proactive identification, escalation, and management of project issues.
- Closely monitors project scope for change control; works with customers in identifying additional applicable revenue changes.
- Develops and/or recommends process improvements and best practices.
- Assists with activities designed to improve and streamline internal systems, procedures, and implementations.
- Guide the client to a successful go-live based on milestones and tasks from a detailed project plan.
- Utilize Salesforce to update the status of ongoing client implementations.
What you need to have:
- 5+ years of SaaS Software Project Management experience in a fast-paced, complex operational environment.
- 3+ years of experience in the logistics industry. Preferably involving:
- Full Truckload, Less than Truckload and/or brokerage operations,
- Procurement and vendor relations
- Experience with logistics system integrations involving an ERP and/or TMS
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to convey client needs internally, driving the resources needed for successful
implementations.
- Smartsheet experience with project dashboard and workspace setup preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills with c-level executives
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
Environment.
- PMP Certification - PRINCE2, PM, ITIL or equivalent (a plus)
- G-Suite knowledge preferred
- Understanding of JSON, API and EDI standards

---The Salary Range for this role is between $75,000 - $90,000 including Variable Compensation based on Years of Experience, Skillset, and Location.
