Key Responsibilities

    1. Project Planning and Execution: Strategic Project Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives.   Detailed Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures (WBS), resource allocation, risk management plans, communication plans, and change management strategies. Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables. Resource Management: Identify and allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal utilization. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring adherence to contracts and service level agreements. Project Monitoring and Control: Establish and implement project monitoring and control mechanisms, including regular status meetings, progress reports, and performance metrics. Change Management: Manage project changes effectively, ensuring that all changes are properly documented, evaluated, and approved.
    2. SAP Implementation and Consulting: Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for SAP implementation. SAP Solution Design: Work with SAP consultants and technical teams to design and configure SAP solutions that meet business requirements. Data Migration and Integration: Oversee data migration and integration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. SAP Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring that the SAP system meets quality standards and business requirements. SAP Training and User Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of the SAP system. SAP Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operation of the SAP system. Stay updated: Keep up to date with the latest SAP technology.
    3. Leadership and Communication: Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction.   Facilitation: Facilitate workshops and meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and issues effectively, ensuring that project progress is not impeded. Reporting: Generate regular project reports, including status reports, risk reports, and budget reports.
    4. Risk and Issue Management: Risk Identification and Assessment: Identify and assess potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve project issues, ensuring that they do not escalate and impact project timelines or budgets. Contingency Planning: Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential project challenges. Risk Register Management: Maintain a thorough and up to date risk register.
    5. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Quality Standards: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant project management methodologies, standards, and regulations. Documentation: Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Audit Support: Support internal and external audits, ensuring that project documentation and processes are compliant.

     Key Requerrements:

    Project Management Expertise:

    • +5 years on Project Manager (SAP Implementation/Consulting)
    • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
    • Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence and cost control.
    • Apply proven project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
    • Experience in creating and maintaining project documentation.
    • Experience in creating and managing a risk register.
    • SAP Implementation/Consulting Knowledge:
    • Deep understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.
    • Familiarity with various SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, PP).
    • Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
    • Experience in managing SAP data migration and integration projects.
    • Knowledge of SAP testing and quality assurance processes.
    • Knowledge of SAP change managment.

    Leadership and Communication:

    • Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.  
    • Ability to effectively present project status and updates to clients and senior management.
    • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to motivate team members.

    Risk and Issue Management:

    • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues.
    • Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential project challenges.
    • Ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and exceed client expectations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project.
    • Ability to gather and document client requirements.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure that all deliverables are tested, and that they meet the business requirements.
    • Manage the testing phase of the project. Ensure that all changes are properly documented.

    Other Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Project Management).
