What You Will Get To Do: 

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for managing IT or servicing project / program for SS&C clients, providing formalized project and program coordination across multiple departments, and assisting to find unique solutions to support business needs, including streamlining processes and Information Technology documentation. You will help lead existing Retirement Solutions client enhancements implementations and/or conversions. 

What You Will Bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of work-related experience, or Master’s degree and 1 year of work-related experience, or 5 years equivalent work-related experience
• 5+ years successfully planning/leading IT or servicing projects and demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate and interact with others to accomplish a common goal
• Proven ability to manage IT projects through full lifecycle, from requirements gathering, build, testing, validation and deployment to closing
• Advanced PowerPoint Skills
• Ability to interact professionally & facilitate meeting with multiple teams and clients at a variety of levels
• Ability to take on a leadership role and direct project meeting - with both internal and external clients.
• Ability to drive outcomes and challenge cultural norms.
• Ability to adapt agile methodologies (scrum, release planning, sprint review / demo & retrospective) into schedules and release plans.
• Ability to create work break down structure (WBS), project scope definition document, project / program roadmap, status reports, financial reports, oversight testing & validation, lesson learned artifacts.
• Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills
• Ability to use Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smart Sheet, SharePoint, MS team, MS Suite & test suite
