Job Summary
The project manager is the primary client facing leader responsible for the successful end-to-end development of Centrix PLM for assigned clients. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the defined scope, while strictly adhering to the centric PMOs standard implementation methodology and best practices.
Responsibilities
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $130,000 (depending on location) + Bonus and Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary and certain positions may be offered with additional variable incentives.

Job Summary
The project manager is the primary client facing leader responsible for the successful end-to-end development of Centrix PLM for assigned clients. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the defined scope, while strictly adhering to the centric PMOs standard implementation methodology and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Scoping
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation schedules, and communication strategies in alignment with PMOS standards. - Forecasting
Provide and regularly update accurate resource allocation forecasts. Monitor project hours, resources, and expenses against the approved budget. Deliver a weekly budget report. - Client Management
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the client project team. Manage expectations, coordinate meetings, and facilitate all key project milestones (e.g., blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live). - Project Execution and Compliance
Execute the project rigorously using Centric’s implementation methodology, ensuring all required internal documentation and phase gate approvals are completed and auditable. - Risk and Change Management
Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues. Manage all scope change requests through the formal change control process. Escalate potential budget or timeline risks to the Director as needed. - Team Coordination
Coordinate activities among the client team, internal technical consultants, and project subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure smooth transitions between project phases.
- Technical Mastery
Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex, multi-phase enterprise software implementation projects. Strong working knowledge of relevant project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project). - Organizational Knowledge
Practical understanding of Centric PLM integration within typical client business processes and IT environments. - Certifications and Training
Formal training or certification in a recognized project management methodology (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master) is preferred. - Communication and Governance
Proven ability to lead effective project steering committee meetings and clearly articulate complex technical and business issues to both client and internal stakeholders.
- Client Satisfaction
Ensure the deployed solution aligns with customer expectations and delivers the intended business value. - On-Time Delivery
Complete all assigned projects within the defined timeline and acceptable variance established by the PMO. - Process Compliance
Successfully pass all internal project audits, demonstrating adherence to established methodologies and documentation standards. - Client Handoff
Ensure a smooth and successful transition to the Customer Support (C5) team, with all necessary knowledge transfer and documentation completed.
