We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to plan, monitor, and manage internal marketing projects from initiation through completion for two of Compassion’s key Marketing channels—either the Supporter Experience team or the Business-to-Business (B2B) team.

These roles are responsible for leading the planning and execution of a variety of marketing initiatives, including print collateral, landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital deliverables that support our strategic KPIs of retention, engagement, and revenue. The Project Managers will secure required resources and apply formal project management processes and tools to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and change control.

Working within an Agile methodology, these individuals will facilitate sprint planning, quarterly planning, and other foundational meetings to ensure project alignment and momentum. Proficiency in a project management tool is required—experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus—as the Project Managers will be responsible for building and maintaining project schedules, monitoring project health, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.

At this career level, the Project Manager operates independently on moderately complex projects or collaborates as a team member on larger initiatives.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
