We’re looking for a hands‑on Project Manager who will steer high‑velocity, multi‑disciplinary initiatives that power Beghou’s internal operations and the solutions we deliver to life‑sciences clients. As an Internal Project Manager, you’ll drive high-impact initiatives that fuel innovation and efficiency across Beghou. From launching new tech to optimizing internal operations, this role is perfect for someone equal parts strategist, builder, and collaborator.
Work‑mix expectation: 50% Project Management | 30% Process Management | 15% Product Support | 5% Ad‑hoc Initiatives (may flex with business needs).
We'll Trust you to:
- Project Management
- Lead the full lifecycle of internal technology, analytics, and consulting projects using Jira and Smartsheet.
- Create project charters, work breakdown structures, resource and risk plans, and report progress to senior leadership.
- Champion project-management rigor (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) and coach teams on practical, adoptable methodologies to boost delivery performance.
- Process Management
- Map, document, and continuously improve cross-functional workflows (e.g., data ingestion, model deployment, deliverable production).
- Define KPIs, build dashboards, and implement change-management plans to embed best practices.
- Product Support & Governance
- Partner with product owners to align platform roadmaps with internal capabilities and client demand.
- Coordinate UAT cycles, prepare release notes, and develop user-enablement materials.
- Ad-hoc Strategic Initiatives
- Lead special projects including M&A integrations, tooling pilots, or center-of-excellence launches
You'll need to have:
- At least 5 years of project-management experience in consulting, SaaS, health-tech, or life sciences.
- Advanced expertise in Jira (workflow configuration, dashboards) and Smartsheet (Control Center, Data Shuttle, Resource Management).
- Ability to manage 5–10 concurrent projects with distributed teams and tight deadlines.
- Strong fluency in Agile/Scrum and traditional PM frameworks; solid understanding of SDLC and data/analytics pipelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and the C-suite.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL.
- Experience in biotech, pharma, med-tech, or health-data analytics.
- Familiarity with governance for AI/ML products or compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR).
