Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to with their QEI certification to both inspect and lead our teams here at TYLin!

Responsibilities & Qualifications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Inspect and assume managerial ownership of large-scale multidisciplinary vertical transportation projects.
  • Manage and monitor budgets and schedules.
  • Serve as main point of contact for project owner on vertical transportation projects.
  • Lead all coordination efforts between owner, project management team and the contractor (or design-builder)
  • Identifies potential project prospects and assists/leads in preparation of technical proposals to support marketing efforts.
  • Responsible for assigned project delivery and quality of deliverables.
  • Prepares proposals and participates in client interviews.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field
  • QEI certification required required and at least 10+ years of experienced in Project Management.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Safety Course certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months upon hire.
  • Experience managing projects for MTA C&D Signal Business Unit (formerly NYCT Signal Department)
  • Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
  • Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges.
  • High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.
  • Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.


 

Additional Information

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $143,900 - $215,900 annually for this position and local market.
