The role:

A project manager role in the Risk division, primarily responsible for the user acceptance phase of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) implementation with a specific focus on quality assurance and testing coordination across multiple business teams. In parallel to GRC UAT, this role will eventually expand beyond GRC implementation to become a technical project manager driving advanced analytics initiatives, including data integration projects, predictive risk modeling implementations, regulatory reporting automation, and cross-functional data strategy execution to enhance decision-making capabilities across the enterprise.

What you’ll do:

  • The immediate focus will be to lead the coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ServiceNow GRC implementation across Risk and Compliance teams
  • Develop and maintain a centralized inventory of UAT test cases with clear ownership assignments
  • Track and report on UAT execution progress across project phases
  • Deliver regular status reports to stakeholders on testing progress and outcomes
  • Identify and implement process improvements based on testing results and stakeholder feedback
  • Provide strategic project management support for analytics initiatives
  • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure business requirements are met
  • Develop testing schedules and ensure resource allocation is optimized
  • The longer term expectation will be to lead technical analytics projects leveraging cloud-based solutions and big data technologies
  • Oversee cross-functional data integration initiatives to create unified reporting platforms
  • Drive implementation of predictive analytics models for risk assessment and fraud detection
  • Establish technical roadmaps for analytics capabilities and data visualization solutions
  • Partner with IT, data science teams, and business stakeholders to align analytics solutions with strategic objectives

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience in software implementations
  • Extensive experience with GRC implementations, ideally ServiceNow or equivalent, specifically within banking/financial institutions
  • Proven track record of managing comprehensive User Acceptance Testing processes
  • Multiple successful GRC implementation projects completed in similar environments
  • Strong understanding of risk management and compliance requirements in banking
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in analytics-driven projects and reporting
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical analytics implementations using BI tools such as Tableau, or Qlik
  • Knowledge of data architecture principles and experience with data warehouse implementations
  • High level understanding of machine learning/AI applications in risk and compliance
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams including business/functional teams, data engineers and data scientists
  • Familiarity with financial services data governance frameworks and regulatory reporting requirements

Success Metrics:

  • Timely completion of UAT phases within established deadlines
  • Quality of test case documentation and execution
  • Stakeholder satisfaction with implementation process
  • Successful adoption of GRC tools across the organization
