ImpactAs a Project Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Planning located US remotely, you will be responsible for supporting Shipt’s annual strategic planning and execution process, focused on managing execution of our enterprise key strategic initiatives that align with the company’s vision, objectives, and strategic priorities. You will be responsible for guiding execution of Shipt's strategic initiatives and ensuring confidence in delivery against our strategic priorities and goals. You will work alongside strategy leaders and initiative owners to bring strategic initiatives to life.
While no two days are the same, you will translate high level strategy into actionable initiatives with defined opportunities, outcomes, scope, deliverables, timelines and dependencies. Coordinate and lead small and large cross functional engagements and working sessions with key stakeholders which drive transparency, decisions, and alignment. Leverage key program management tools and skill to ensure organization of project teams against deliverables and effective decision making frameworks are in place to ensure progress and alignment. You will manage routines and procedures to track, monitor and provide transparency to key stakeholders on progress towards initiative outcomes and deliverables. Manage business reviews, strategy updates, and other ad hoc cross-functional and cross-discipline needs to ensure successful delivery of key strategic initiatives Identify and escalate initiative roadblocks, competing priorities, or decisions needed to leadership to drive progress and alignment to keep initiatives on track. Execute in-year high priority special initiatives, driving work from planning through strong problem solving, data analysis, execution, including regular stakeholder reviews and alignment. While supporting planning and facilitation for executive and company-wide meetings.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

  • You have a minimum of four years in cross functional initiative development and implementation, driving key company growth and enterprise goals. 

  • You have experience developing and executing strategies and plans to achieve company / business unit objectives

  • You have experience leading cross-functional groups to develop and implement new capabilities

  • You have strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

  • You have the ability to break down problems into fundamental parts, identify root causes, synthesize findings, and make informed decisions

  • You have strong experience in strategic project management; has the ability to set own strategic objectives and manage execution: coordinate, prioritize, establish goals, and ensure timelines are met

  • You have proven ability to influence and communicate complex ideas effectively, verbally and in writing (including comfort with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)

  • You are willing and able to occasionally travel (once or twice quarterly) within the U.S.

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader.  Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Employees (and eligible family members) are covered by medical, dental, vision and more.  Employees may enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also be eligible to receive discretionary vacation for exempt team members, paid holidays throughout the calendar year and paid sick leave.  Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

Pay Range:

Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and New York City: 

$88,000-$176,000

All other locations:

$73,000-$147,000

Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
