About the Role:
Digital.ai Project Managers are responsible for planning and implementing multiple, consecutive high-touch customer engagements for large enterprise organizations. You will collaborate with Digital.ai consultants and partner organizations to provide customers with a comprehensive, outstanding services experience inclusive of consulting, technical implementation, and educational services. Additionally, you will partner with internal partners (Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Account Executives and Product Support) to help customers realize business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the implementation of Digital.ai Products and Solutions in customer environments. This typically involves coordinating with various teams in Digital.ai, partners, and at customer organizations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver the agreed upon project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and handle project risks and issues, and implement contingency plans as needed.
- Accountable for ensuring the delivery of the customers’ business objectives and project deliverables. This includes understanding how the project’s technical implementation impacts the customer’s overarching strategic goals.
- Build strong relationships with project sponsors and team members and maintain these relationships through executing project governance practices including regular status updates.
- Ensure that all projects adhere established best practices and are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key tactical leaders and business implementation leads.
- Contributes to providing direction and guidance for process improvements and internal policies.
- Represent the organization to external customers/clients.
What you Bring:
- Five or more years of experience in a Project Management role coordinating Software implementation projects.
- Solid understanding of PM principles, such as those promoted by the Project Management Institute, including demonstrated experience with a standard PM Tool Kit such as scheduling, budget control, and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering, science, or business subject area.
- Exemplary verbal/written communication skills required.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Resilience to dynamic, changing environment where priorities change rapidly and willingness to respond quickly to customers and leadership needs.
- Proactive personality ready to step in and find solutions to project issues and escalations.

The current salary range for this specific job is estimated to be $100,000-120,000 base. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and internal equity. We value transparency and aim to create an inclusive and equitable workplace for all our employees. Certain positions at Digital.ai might also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, or other employee benefits which are separate from the base salary and to be defined at offer stage.
