Lead end-to-end delivery of automation and intralogistics projects: plan schedules, budgets, and resources; coordinate engineering, controls, installation, and clients; manage risks, oversee commissioning, track KPIs, and ensure successful system hand-off.
This is a remote position.
This role supports both active client engagements and upcoming automation projects. Qualified candidates will be considered for immediate openings as well as future opportunities aligned to system implementations, upgrades, and expansion initiatives.
Overview:
Lead end-to-end execution of automation and intralogistics projects, ensuring systems are delivered on time, within budget, and optimized for performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle from design through implementation and go-live
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate engineering, controls, installation, and client teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Oversee commissioning and ensure successful system hand-off
- Track KPIs and ensure contractual and operational commitments are met
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years managing automation or capital equipment projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in distribution, fulfillment, or industrial environments
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Equivalent project experience accepted
Certifications (Highly Valued):
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Lean / Six Sigma
Location: Remote or based at client sites depending on project requirements.
