Description
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager & Application Systems Analyst to join our team. This role combines end-to-end project management with deep analytical capabilities, focusing on delivering high-quality application solutions. The ideal candidate comes from a software background and is comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage application-related projects from initiation to delivery
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholders
- Coordinate between business units, product managers, and engineering teams
- Support testing processes (UAT, system testing) and ensure quality delivery
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
- Drive process optimization and efficiency through technology solutions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Systems Analyst
- Strong background in software development environments (preferred)
- Proven experience working on application/system implementations
- Ability to understand technical architecture and system integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience writing clear functional and technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
