JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Management & Client Coordination
  • Manage client-facing projects within assigned service lines or geographic markets.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing guidance, coordinating support, or escalating as appropriate.

  • Gather and evaluate information from internal systems and stakeholders to support sound decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with Emergo offices worldwide to support project intake, time tracking, invoicing, deliverables, and postdelivery follow-up.

  • Communicate effectively with contractors, partners, and external suppliers to support consistent project execution.

  • Serve as a liaison to consultants and critical suppliers, assisting with scheduling, project calendars, resource allocation, and timesheet management.

Operational Execution
  • Utilize organizational tools, systems, and financial resources to plan, staff, monitor, and evaluate assigned projects.

  • Maintain accurate and secure client documentation in compliance with internal procedures.

  • Support the development, maintenance, and communication of project related processes to ensure consistency across global teams.

Service Delivery & Support
  • May conduct or support service-related training or presentations as experience allows.

  • Monitor the overall health of client accounts and communicate emerging risks or impacts to appropriate project managers or management.

  • Contribute as a service lead for small to medium service areas or support larger service initiatives under the direction of a service lead.

  • Provide secondary support to incoming calls from clients, prospects, vendors, salespeople, and consultants, ensuring professional and timely responses.

  • Complete accurate weekly time entry.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting client projects or working in a project management environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, negotiate, and influence outcomes.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service.

  • Clear and effective communication skills.

  • Ability to anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues in real time, and escalate when needed.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, including the ability to analyze complex information, identify patterns or risks, and develop sound, data driven recommendations.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and frequent change.

  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize new systems required for project management.

  • Collaborative team player with a focus on contributing to current and future business goals.

  • Knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Total Rewards:
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
