We’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at SAGO, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces innovation, and is eager to contribute to meaningful work that drives impactful insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support qualitative market research projects from start to finish, providing reliable assistance to internal teams.
  • Manage and update Excel reports to track recruitment progress and ensure clients have accurate, timely information.
  • Handle key administrative tasks such as scheduling, respondent communications, consent form management, and platform logistics.
  • Collaborate with project managers to understand project needs and propose effective, creative solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues related to data quality, quotas, and programming.
  • Participate in project kickoff calls and ensure recruiting teams are aligned on project specs, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Work closely with peers and leadership to troubleshoot challenges and support team success.
  • Contribute to process improvements and stay up to date with platform tools by attending training sessions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure overall project success.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to understand, speak & write clearly in English.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a market research environment or combined project coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel required).
  • 40+ words/minute typing speed.
  • Communication / Messaging platforms such as Teams, Slack, etc. a plus.
