Project Coordinator

Location: Fully Remote Pay Range: $45,000 – $60,000

Broadway Ventures, LLC is a certified small business government contractor providing healthcare administration and IT services to federal agencies, including CMS, the VA, and DoD.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of contract deliverables across our program portfolio. This role ensures deliverables are completed on time, documentation is accurate and compliant, and communication flows smoothly between internal teams, subcontractors, and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, and deliverable timelines across assigned contracts
  • Maintain and update project trackers, status reports, and deliverable logs
  • Support preparation of Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) documentation and other compliance reporting
  • Assist with proposal development activities, including gathering inputs, formatting volumes, and tracking submission deadlines
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, subcontractors, and government points of contact
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and follow-ups
  • Track contract modifications, deliverable due dates, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance
  • Assist with onboarding of new project staff and maintain project documentation repositories
  • Support quality assurance reviews of deliverables prior to client submission
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support project and contract success

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within government contracting, healthcare, or IT services
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and SharePoint
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearance or public trust designation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to accept constructive feedback and make necessary changes for improvement
  • Commitment to ongoing education and training in industry standards and technology advancements
  • Flexibility to adjust to the needs of the client and changes in the program

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Familiarity with federal contracting terminology, FAR/DFARS, and CPARS reporting
  • Experience supporting CMS, VA, or DoD contracts
  • CAPM certification (or in progress)
  • Experience with proposal development or capture support

This is a fully remote position.

For positions covered by the Service Contract Act, pay is also governed by the applicable Department of Labor wage determination, which the government may revise.

Where that is the case, the position and its final compensation are contingent upon award of the contract to Broadway Ventures and on the terms of the awarded contract, including any government-approved labor rates and the applicable wage determination.
