How You Will Contribute:

As a Project Coordinator, you will report to the Director of Delivery and Process Management and assist the Information Technologies and Solution (ITS) team with project management, reporting, and business operations-related activities. 
You will work cross-functionally with the ITS, Service Finance, S3 Services Sales, ITS Partners, and Regional Franchise teams in this capacity.
 

  • Partner with the Program Managers, Project Managers, and delivery teams to create and manage project delivery plans.
  • Assist with managing project financials, timeliness, scope, and team schedule.
  • Facilitate communication between Project Managers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Periodic project progress and risk reporting.
  • Provide other operations support as required.

  • Open-minded and willing to learn new methods and techniques to reach a global audience.
  • Energetic and creative problem solver. Organized and motivated self-starter who can drive multiple activities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent writing & oral communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work remotely.

Pay ranges at Ciena are designed to accommodate variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, reflecting our diverse products, industries, and lines of business.
