PROJECT COORDINATOR, NETWORK OPERATIONS

POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of fiber network construction projects across multiple markets nationwide. This position provides direct support to multiple Project Managers, acting as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing project documentation, facilitating communication, tracking deliverables, and ensuring that all operational and administrative aspects of projects are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with company standards. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while upholding Vero’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining project records, including reviewing for accuracy, scanning and upload to company database
- Preparing and presenting periodic project status updates to customers (written and/or oral)
- Coordinating site access with customers and vendors
- Prepare Operations and Support contracts for Vero vendors on all new networks
- Responsible for uploading all 811 Map Updates across multiple states, protecting all underground OSP fiber
- Maintaining data within Vero’s Zoho CRM platform, including vendor invoicing, financial records, recoverable expenses, relocations and damage repairs
- Manage project closeout requirements
- Additional Project Manager and Business Operations support on an ad hoc basis
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 0-5 years’ work experience in a project management or coordinator role
- Strong technical educational and work background
- Professional demeanor and ease of interfacing with customers, suppliers and local governmental entities
- Experience in Zoho or similar CRM database
- Ability working with OSP fiber deployments, tracking, and milestones
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in tandem
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Excel, Google Maps, Google Earth
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience interfacing with local permitting entities, engineering/construction companies, and ability to read construction drawings
- CAPM, PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred
JOB DETAILS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This role does not require travel.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- This is a staff position.

- This is a Remote position.
- The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday with occasional weekend availability as needed to fulfill the core duties of the role.
- This position requires the ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods of time, using a computer and other office equipment.
- This position requires the ability to perform fine motor tasks, such as typing or using a mouse, for extended period of time.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Base pay is paid at an annual salary rate. The range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience.
- Target annual bonus for this role is 5%.
