About the opportunity

  • The Project Coordinator position is responsible for facilitating and managing sign projects from inception to completion while maintaining a strong working relationship with our FASTSIGNS National customers, FASTSIGNS franchisees, and our vendors. Project Coordinators are expected to adhere to the highest level of customer service to all parties involved with the completion of specific projects.

How you will make a difference

  • Work closely with our largest national account to maintain a spreadsheet of orders to coordinate installation dates.
  • Maintain current jobs statuses in project management software with notes, correct contact information, and all necessary documents needed to track and complete the job.
  • Competitively bid projects as needed to ensure that clients are receiving the best prices.

A strong candidate will have

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Project Coordination and sign experience required
