Job Description: Project Coordinator - Account Manager Path

Hiring Range: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 / annually

Job Summary
Project Coordinators play an important role in the sales department, helping assist Senior Account Managers with communicating and servicing the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of our clients. This role is revenue generating and sales focused. Account Coordinators are branding consultants who work to support Account Managers, who are the face of our customer relationships. They help Account Managers by providing branded product solutions for our clients and help manage all the intricacies of day-to-day projects and sales activities. They are responsible for helping Account Managers exceed sales goals and play a big part in supporting, developing and growing new and existing client relationships.
We are specifically looking for Project Coordinators who are eager to grow quickly into an Account Manager role, taking on their own book of business. This is a path for someone who wants to build strong client relationships, take ownership, and constantly develop their sales skills. The right person is excited to work directly with clients, spot opportunities, and play a key role in growing and managing accounts from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities- Fostering and building Whitestone customers for life!
- Hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Cross selling accounts to grow relationships, exceed sales targets and help offer existing customers a flow of new ideas and solutions we offer
- Following up regularly with clients and offering best in class customer support
- Promoting companies products and services to prospective new buyers and current customers
- Documenting activities in company CRM
- Learning and developing a strong understanding of our supplier network, industry and market as a whole
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ years of professional work experience required
- Experience in the promotional products industry is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a remote environment with strong, reliable internet access

Variable Compensation: In addition to base salary, this position includes eligibility for the variable compensation plan associated with the role.
