We are currently seeking Project Associate to join our Strategic Consulting division. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your experience and directly influence patient care and organizational performance. This is a part-time, hourly position.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in human factors engineering during client engagements.
  • Lead and contribute to billable consulting projects, collaborating closely with client teams.
  • Manage evolving client priorities and ensure seamless integration with Press Ganey’s consulting and service delivery processes.
  • Analyze client data to uncover actionable insights and develop tailored strategies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executives and clinical leaders.
  • Ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and the development of new service offerings.

What You Bring
  • Proven background in human factors engineering or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills—both conceptual and quantitative/qualitative.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse client teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident facilitator and presenter, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of clinical practice standards and healthcare operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Human Factors Engineering (HFE) degree preferred.
