In this role, you will:
- Form a partnership with the Program/Project Managers in providing support to our programs by gathering and integrating project data
- Ensure schedules are met and identify possible conflicts with customer and contract requirements
- Meet with government representatives and other support contacts while attending meetings for project and procurement status
- Record and prepare meeting minutes/action items
- Provide management with analytical data derived from various reports related to task progression and participate in program and project reviews
- Develop parts list used for procurement using engineering drawings
- Prepare, monitor, and update spreadsheets for tracking material purchases
- Assist in the preparation of reports and submission to internal and external customers
- Assist in the preparation of cost proposals by gathering, integrating, and analyzing cost data
- Oversee parts list to ensure the project schedules are met and expedite material as required
This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.
There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.

Bachelor's degree and some related experience OR Associate degree and 4 years of related experience

Full-Time Salary Range: $55295 - $94001
