This role is designed as a flexible, high-impact resource that can be deployed across a range of initiatives—from improving internal processes and planning rhythms to enabling execution of key leadership priorities.

The scope of work spans both strategic and hands-on execution. In some cases, the Program Manager will lead programs end-to-end; in others, they will partner with leaders and teams to strengthen program structure, drive alignment, and ensure consistent delivery.

This role requires a strong operator who can bring structure to ambiguity, connect work across teams, and drive programs forward with clarity, discipline, and momentum.

  • Support prioritization and sequencing of work across multiple concurrent initiatives

  • Coordinate day-to-day program activities, including working sessions, stakeholder reviews, and decision forums

  • Identify dependencies, surface risks, and proactively remove blockers to maintain program momentum

  • Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations

  • Improve program effectiveness by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance planning, and increase visibility

  • Establish and maintain program reporting frameworks, including dashboards, status updates, and performance tracking

  • Contribute to broader organizational operations such as planning cycles, forecasting support, and rhythm-of-business activities

  • Partner with leaders across the organization to support execution of strategic initiatives

  • Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership

  • Build strong working relationships across a matrixed, global organization

Key Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business/operations roles

  • Proven experience leading multiple complex initiatives simultaneously from planning through delivery

  • Experience working closely with high-impact customers

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and execution

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and synthesis skills, with the ability to support both executive-level discussions and working team execution

  • Experience managing external vendors or strategic partners to deliver high-quality outcomes in close coordination with internal teams

  • Experience working with globally distributed teams

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
