What You'll Need
Work Arrangement
The base salary range for this role is $95,500 - $152,500.

Primary Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Integration
- Lead the planning and execution of initiatives required to integrate Smart Equine into Chewy
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones across multiple workstreams
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery
- Prepare and facilitate business reviews to communicate progress, insights, and key decisions
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to align scope, priorities, and timelines
- Facilitate working sessions to define deliverables, clarify ownership, and resolve dependencies
- Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution
Process Development & Operational Excellence
- Establish standardized processes and playbooks to support market launches and category expansion
- Develop reporting tools and inspection mechanisms to support operational health and performance visibility
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and profitability
- Support vendor and SKU management processes to strengthen merchandising operations
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Build strong relationships across teams to influence outcomes and drive accountability
- Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready communications
- Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, or related field (advanced degree or certifications preferred)
- Experience managing cross-functional, operational, or data-driven projects
- Proven ability to deliver initiatives within defined timelines and evolving priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with root cause analysis
- Ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate effectively across functions
- Experience with Lean methodologies or Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid model: 3 days per week in hub location
- This role is not eligible for remote work
The base salary range for this role is $95,500 - $152,500.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
