About this role
As Program Manager, you will play a central role in delivering high-impact programs that advance ReflexAI’s mission and drive meaningful change across sectors. You’ll oversee a large-scale social impact program with partners spanning industries and geographies, ensuring its success from implementation to sustainment. You will also represent ReflexAI externally by participating in conferences, building relationships with potential partners and customers, and amplifying the reach of our work. Internally, you’ll collaborate across teams and lead key initiatives assigned by the Chief of Staff, contributing to ReflexAI’s strategic priorities and operational excellence. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives on driving impact, managing complex projects with rigor and transparency, and rapidly operationalizing solutions in response to new needs.
What you’ll do
- Manage a large-scale global social impact program, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to achieve defined goals and outcomes.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful and sustainable program implementation.
- Directly drive workstreams including awareness, acquisition, and onboarding for 100+ organizational partners within the program.
- Coordinate and track all workstreams across the program including technology, public storytelling, and programmatic reporting.
- Represent ReflexAI at conferences, convenings, and other public events to cultivate relationships with potential customers.
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership to lead internal initiatives aligned with ReflexAI’s growth and impact strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, AI/ML, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Collect, analyze, and communicate insights from program performance and partner feedback to inform future planning and continuous improvement.
- Develop presentations, reports, and other materials that effectively communicate program goals, outcomes, and lessons learned to internal and external audiences.

Requirements for a great fit
- You have significant experience (typically 4+ years) in program or project management, ideally within mission-driven or cross-sector settings.
- You have specific expertise (typically 3+ years) in digital marketing or other forms of awareness building.
- You have demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder initiatives, partnerships, or large-scale social impact programs.
- You are an excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with executives, partners, and community leaders across diverse contexts.
- You are highly organized and capable of juggling multiple priorities while maintaining focus on long-term objectives.
- You are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where innovation and collaboration are key.
- You can distill complex information into clear recommendations, decisions, and next steps.
- You’re excited to represent ReflexAI externally and to help grow its reputation as a trusted leader in social impact and AI innovation.
