The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Program Manager supporting the SABRE program at Hanscom AFB, MA. This position is on a future contract pending award announcement. This position requires an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance. Although this is a telework position, candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius of Hanscom AFB to support occasional on-site requirements.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide leadership and foster strong customer relationships to ensure program success.

  • Act as a key conduit between the Government PMO, service providers, and Contractor personnel to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

  • Ensure team members receive necessary training and certifications to meet program and mission requirements.

  • Allocate and oversee resources to meet program objectives and deliverables.

  • Develop and integrate processes to ensure smooth program execution across all functional areas.

  • Ensure timely and transparent communication of program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

  • Provide timely briefings and reports in accordance with the PWS.

  • Identify and mitigate program risks to ensure program stability and continuity.

  • Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, deliverables, and quality standards.

  • Monitor and review performance metrics to assess and enhance program effectiveness.

  • Manage the program budget and provide accurate financial reports and projections.

  • Implement continuous process improvements to drive greater program efficiency and success.

  • Manage and support all Contractor personnel across functional areas and geographic locations.

Clearance Required:

  • This position requires an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • BS degree and 12 or more years of experience in commercial or Government Program Management within DoD programs; or a MS degree and 10 or more years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Proven expertise in leading large-scale IT or cloud-based projects supporting Federal agencies

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, overseeing budgets, schedules, and performance metrics

  • Strong understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance, DoD acquisition processes, and contract execution

  • Ability to implement Agile, DevSecOps, and ITIL best practices in a high-security environment

  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and risk management skills

  • Although this is a telework position, candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius of Hanscom AFB to support occasional on-site requirements.

  • This position requires and active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification

  • Experience leading cloud-based, AI/ML, or cyber-focused DoD contracts

  • Knowledge of USAF Enterprise IT, Zero Trust, and Mission Partner Environment (MPE)

Pay Range:Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
