Position Summary
This position supports the General Management Talent Programs (GMTP), which includes the General Management Corporate Internship (GMCIP) and the General Management Development Program (GMDP). These programs are part of our Leadership Development Program offerings at CVS Health, aimed at attracting, developing, and advancing emerging talent. Our General Management programs offer a unique opportunity for accelerated development of the general management skillset, while providing a well-rounded experience, exposure to the business, as well as honing participants' leadership capabilities. This role will work closely with the GMDP Program Director to plan and execute program functions, while providing day to day support for program participants.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Program Operations: Manage and oversee program operations including budget, curriculum tracking, and program-wide and stakeholders communications; provide oversight and guidance for GMDP Committee Co-Leads and Committee Members
  • Participant Engagement: Provide 1:1 engagement and guidance for program participants at various stages throughout their tenure in the program
  • Partner Engagement: Collaborate with key functional partners (ie. larger LDP ecosystem, University Relations, HR for HR, etc.) to ensure alignment and seamless program experience
  • Event Support: Take an active role in the planning and execution of program-wide events including the annual LDP Engage Conference, New Hire Orientations, program Capstone experience and Intern Summit
  • Process Improvement and Assessment: Leverage participant feedback and other data to continuously innovate, create simplicity, and deliver a best-in-class program experience
  • Recruiting: Partner with Program Director to determine hiring needs and assist in the evaluation of final round interviews for interns (and full-time as applicable)
  • Curriculum: Partner with Program Director to evaluate and implement program curriculum; use trends and learning and development principles to evaluate and adjust curriculum to meet participant and business needs
  • Alumni Experience: Support the experience of program alumni through regular touchpoints
  • Support Program Director: Provide ad hoc support to Program Director on talent needs

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in Leadership Development, Career Development, Relationship Management, Project/Program Management, Human Resources, Higher Education or other related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Forms)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across a variety of audiences
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills; ability to navigate competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with emerging talent.
  • Understanding of leadership development, career development, and talent management principles.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Self-starter; comfortable working in ambiguity.
  • Passion for working with early in career talent.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
