Are you passionate about women in tech? Diversity and inclusion? Scaling culture at a fast-growing company? We are looking for a program manager for Women@HubSpot, our global initiative to make HubSpot a remarkable place to work and grow for women. At HubSpot, our women’s programming is inclusive of all gender identities, so you’ll get the opportunity to work across our entire organization to create an inclusive culture people truly love, and to develop, refine, and scale programs that empower women at every level of our organization.

As the Program Manager for Women@HubSpot, you’ll work with stakeholders across the organization to deliver, develop, and scale our women’s initiative. You have great success to build on--HubSpot has already been named to Fortune’s Best Places to Work for Women, and named a top company to work for women by both InHerSight and Comparably. We already have an incredible tradition with our Women on Board initiative and our global celebration of International Women’s Day, so you’ll have great inertia and momentum to build from but also plenty of room to innovate and adapt the program to meet our company and employee needs as we grow and scale globally.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include:

  • Designing, planning, and executing both internal and external events to support HubSpot candidates, employees, and alumni
  • Working with culture, People Ops, and recruiting team members across HubSpot’s seven offices to create programming (both virtual and in person) to support gender inclusivity in the workplace
  • Partnering with HubSpot leaders to identify areas for improvement and feedback as we scale the program
  • Partnering with our inbound recruitment team to create compelling content around HubSpot’s programming, benefits, and support for women in technology
  • Crafting HubSpot’s weekly Women@HubSpot newsletter, which highlights exceptional female employees and allies, shares forthcoming events and workshops, and shares helpful content curated and shared in the Women@HubSpot Slack channel
  • Planning global events for International Women’s Day
  • Effectively partnering with our male leaders to create programs around allyship and inclusivity
  • Writing and sourcing blog posts for HubSpot’s careers blog

Candidates Should Have:

  • 1-2 years experience working on gender inclusivity, ideally in the technology sphere
  • Exceptional organizational and event management skills
  • A flexible attitude and passion for networking. This role may require you to participate in outside events where you will be a brand ambassador for HubSpot
  • Creative ideas for content and programming
  • An entrepreneurial attitude and track record of navigating ambiguity

Top Candidates Will:

  • Partner with HubSpot leaders globally to create and deliver remarkable gender inclusivity programming
  • Be exceptional at managing stakeholders globally and at navigating ambiguity
  • Partner with our inbound recruiting and the broader culture team to create programming that helps HubSpotters globally grow
  • Be thoughtful about how Women@HubSpot can partner with our employee resource groups, including the LGBTQ Alliance, People of Color at HubSpot (POCAH), and ParentSpot to make HubSpot a remarkable place to work for all employees
  • Provide an excellent response to a written assessment, which will focus on how well you can navigate ambiguity, develop remarkable programming, and make our program offering both inclusive and impactful
