Join us as a Program Manager and be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge training solutions in the dynamic data and AI industry!
This is an integral client-facing role, working directly with customers as well as partnering with our internal Sales, Instructional Design, and Delivery teams.  You’ll work to develop, deliver, and assess instructor-led training programs - from scoping custom engagements to coordinating resources to client review meetings, you’ll ensure seamless execution of customized training engagements.

Your role will involve scheduling and championing SME interviews, assessing client readiness and training needs, and meticulously tracking pre- and post-delivery timelines and training outcomes. We seek a collaborative strategic executor who is able to partner with clients to truly understand their needs and create custom solutions for their AI and data journeys.

This is an exciting, fully remote opportunity open to candidates anywhere in the US, ideally within the Pacific time zone to support international client availability. Since we often partner with clients within the federal government, you may be required to pass a clearance background check for client engagements. Requirements for federal clearances include US Citizenship and clear criminal histories, and are therefore also requirements for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the dedicated advocate for our clients, ensuring all their needs are met while championing the learners' success throughout their training journey.
  • Scope and negotiate accurate project planning, ensuring resource-appropriate teams and time, while providing concise, high-level summaries of project budgets, key financial metrics, and any significant deviations or risks to the C-suite.
  • Organize, plan, and support the development and delivery of synchronous and asynchronous training events for companies and government clients as they build world-class training and workforce development programs in the AI and data literacy space.
  • Communicate with the learning and delivery teams to identify deliverable timelines and coordinate team efforts, aligning the needs of the client to the schedules and offerings of the ID and Data Science experts on the team.
  • Support and collaborate with a team of sales professionals, learning content creators and passionate data professionals to meet workflow and content creation timetables and deliverables.
  • Communicate across project teams using a variety of project management tools to ensure alignment between requirements and course materials (including ClickUp and Jira)
  • Maintain clear workload plans for meeting content and delivery timeliness across a portfolio of courses.
  • Craft timely and clear client facing communications, with assistance from a team of instructional designers, that keep learners informed, clients satisfied, and teams on track.
  • Be a data advocate by analyzing course data and developing easy-to-understand visualizations for clients and team members.
  • Oversee the delivery of contracts, reviewing details and ensuring change orders when scope shifts.
  • Be an avid student of our capabilities and translate these into the business needs of your client, including suggesting courses or additional workforce upskilling.

Skills you bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree, with ideal specializations/certifications in project management, business operations, instructional design, or equivalent expertise.
  • At least 3-5 years in client-facing program management, account management, client delivery, or project management role managing complex client-facing programs.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a learning or professional development environment is preferred.
  • Excellent time management and project organization skills.
  • Comfort with all Google and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems - Thought Industries preferred.
  • Drive and willingness to learn about Data Literacy, Data Science, Management, & AI, and a passion for making that learning accessible.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
