About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our Zillow Home Loans partner engagement operations in Enhanced Markets through strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and effective project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, developing strategies to optimize sales operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Development:

  • Develop data-driven strategies to drive customer and business outcomes with minimal support.

  • Define engagement strategies to build and maintain relationships with agents

  • Incorporate qualitative and quantitative market, customer, and competitive insights into strategic planning.

  • Write business briefs and narratives for initiatives and projects with minimal guidance

Sales Operations:

  • Develop and implement strategies for capacity management, goal setting, and performance management.

  • Manage end-to-end partner assignments, book of business changes, SOPs, feedback workflows, and reporting optimizations.

Performance Analysis:

  • Identify optimizations to improve reporting effectiveness 

  • Synthesize performance and trends to drive rhythm of business (ROB) and accountability to key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with sales leadership, marketing, business operations, product, and other relevant stakeholders to increase effectiveness, efficiency and optimize for growth.

  • Identify and recommend new ways to address customer needs and improve the customer experience with minimal support.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal guidance.

  • Set prioritization and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $105,900.00 - $169,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, sales operations, or a related field

  • Program and project management skills, with a proven track record of owning complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering results on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in developing and implementing strategies for book of business management, goal setting, and performance management. 

  • Ability to synthesize sales performance and trends and drive accountability to KPIs. 

  • Experience in collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop and execute GTM plans.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop data-driven strategies

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate others.

  • Proficient in Google Suite, PowerPoint, and project/program management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a strong understanding of the loan origination process.
