In this role, you'll be a strategic partner and change agent, helping shape the organization's vision and drive transformation. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage critical initiatives for the Practice Management and Teaming organization, including the creation and execution of project plans
- Oversee delivery of the Practice Management service model and implement a triage system for incoming engagement requests
- Partner with senior Practice Management consultants to continuously introduce and promote new practice management resources for advisors
- Manage implementation of an upcoming Teaming platform transformation
- Oversee the day-to-day operations for the Teaming platform to ensure accurate and efficient administration
- Develop deep expertise of the Teaming platform's compensation programs (B/D grids, admin fees, protection), contract requirements, recognition programs, and other team-based systems
- Identify and implement enhancements related to systems, processing, and reporting
- Provide advanced client support to help advisors adopt and navigate Practice Management and Teaming offerings by assessing their objectives, analyzing financial scenarios, creatively solving challenges, and providing concrete recommendations
- Respond to escalated client service requests and resolve complex issues, especially related to the Teaming platform
- Engage with Teaming Directors to help them optimize Practice Management and Teaming support within their firms
- Implement communications and marketing plans to raise awareness and credibility of new or enhanced Practice Management and Teaming offerings
The Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in financial services with working knowledge of products and services
- 5+ years' experience in leading or managing projects or strategic initiatives
- Due to the nature of the position, as a part of our background check process, candidates must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprinted background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA

- Exceptional client service skills with ability to communicate nuanced concepts with clarity
