We’re looking for a seasoned, analytical, and proactive Program Manager to lead the successful execution of complex military logistics initiatives. This position plays a key role in one of our highest-profile defense programs, where you’ll work closely with technical teams and U.S. military stakeholders to design and deliver AI-powered logistics optimization solutions.

You’ll be expected to dive deep into operational data, maintenance practices, and supply chain policy, translating real-world needs into valuable product features and data-driven capabilities. The role blends hands-on sprint execution with strategic leadership—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-impact environment and wants to help scale a rapidly growing defense tech company.

This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to step into a critical leadership position with significant potential for expansion, including broader responsibility across additional defense programs currently in development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery efforts for key military logistics programs, ensuring successful outcomes that position us for long-term growth.
  • Work closely with software engineers and data scientists to define and deliver product capabilities that solve complex logistics and maintenance challenges.
  • Analyze operational, maintenance, and supply chain data to inform product direction and maximize customer impact.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee preparation of recurring project reports, communicate progress, and manage expectations with government and military partners.
  • Travel periodically to customer locations for direct engagement, data collection, and on-site coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven program management experience in military logistics, aviation maintenance, or defense technology environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead small, technical teams through complex delivery cycles.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including reporting to government customers.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background as a military logistician, maintainer, or operational leader in the U.S. Armed Forces.
  • PMP or equivalent program/project management certification.
  • Familiarity with defense acquisition and contracting processes.
  • Understanding of military readiness, maintenance, and sustainment challenges.
