The Hardware Project Management group is responsible for supporting product release through the designing and manufacturing process for rugged mobile communication devices
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate HW preparation for early product testing for department projects and programs
- Manage the dependencies and deliverables for support teams in support of department projects and programs
- Support material readiness for prototyping of new projects
- Track and report on program test plans
- Track and report on project regulatory support
- Develop / refine process on any of the above to improve overall organization efficiency

- Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute a strategy aimed at achieving an end goal through collaboration.
- Ability to manage seemingly conflicting requirements, and objectively analyze different inputs to break down complex problems and drive measurable, impactful solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively and analyze, explain, and draw conclusions based on complex data.
- Ability to influence technical experts and effectively align them to deliver results
Basic Requirements
Working towards a Bachelor's in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
Must be a US Citizen, permanent resident or be an MS student with work authorization (F1 Visa on CPT accepted only for masters-level students).
